1. Event Registration & Ticket Purchases

• Currency & Pricing: All ticket prices (standard and promotional) are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and processed securely via third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
• Promo Codes & Discounts: Promotional links and pre-applied discount codes are valid only for the intended recipients and specified timeframes.
• Refunds & Cancellations: All ticket sales are final unless an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer. If an event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund or option to transfer registration to a future session.

2. Liability Waiver & Physical Participation

• Mandatory Waiver: Participation in MODUS athletic sessions, training, or physical activities requires the execution of a separate Liability Waiver and Release form prior to entry.
• Assumption of Risk: Physical training and athletic conditioning involve inherent risks of injury. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

3. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to revoke access to any event or website without a refund if a participant engages in disruptive, illegal, unsafe, or abusive behavior toward staff, coaches, or other community members.

4. Intellectual Property & Media Release

• All site content, logos, and branding are the property of MODUS Training Centre.
• By attending an event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, and media purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the event.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario and Canadian law, MODUS Training Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site usage, ticket purchase errors, or attendance at events.
